JAW Trades – Terms & Conditions

1. General Disclaimer
JAW Trades and The Summit Academy (“we”, “our”, “us”) are not investment, financial, tax, or legal advisors and do not provide personalized investment advice in any form. Nothing contained in our programs, community, website, or materials should be taken as a guarantee of investment results. Trading carries significant risks, including the risk of losing more than your initial investment. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own financial decisions, and you agree not to trade with money you cannot afford to lose. We strongly encourage you to seek the advice of a qualified financial advisor, tax advisor, or legal professional before making any investment decisions. All products and services are sold “as is” and no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
2. Services Provided
By enrolling in The Summit Academy, you are purchasing time-limited access to educational resources, including: 12 months of access to the Summit Academy Learning Portal; the ability to post questions in dedicated learning channels; a one-time bonus of 2 months’ access to the JAW Trades Private Discord Community; and educational content including modules, case studies, and examples designed for learning purposes only. We do not sell signals, investment products, or brokerage services. The information provided is strictly educational.
3. Payment & Access
Access is granted after successful one-time payment. You will have 12 months of portal access from the date of purchase. Discord access is a complimentary 2-month bonus. After this period, continued membership may require a separate subscription if offered. All payments are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted once access has been granted.
4. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree that you will not share, resell, or distribute course materials outside the learning portal; you will not provide unauthorized access to the portal or Discord community; and you understand that any misuse, abusive behavior, or violation of community rules may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, modules, case studies, recordings, written material, and community resources are the intellectual property of JAW Trades. Copying, redistributing, or reproducing them without permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that trading involves risk and that JAW Trades cannot be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or claims that result from applying the concepts taught. Our role is strictly educational. We do not guarantee profits, results, or performance outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAW Trades disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the learning portal or Discord community for violations of these terms, abusive conduct, or misuse of materials.
