JAW Trades – Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
All purchases of The Summit Academy and JAW Trades programs are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund, partial or full, under any circumstances once access to the course or community has been granted.
2. Course Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Summit Academy Learning Portal for a period of 12 months and a complimentary 2-month bonus access to the JAW Trades Private Discord Community. Since digital content is delivered immediately, refunds are not applicable once access has been activated.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations are not permitted once access is granted. You are responsible for ensuring that you have reviewed the program details and are ready to enroll before making payment.
4. Subscription Services (if applicable)
If any ongoing subscription services are offered in the future (e.g., extended community membership), you will be able to cancel prior to the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused time within a billing period.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the event of a duplicate payment error or technical issue that prevents access to the program, and only after proper verification by our support team.
